Nosce te Ipsum Cotillion/Beautillion Commitment Agreement

The Nosce Te Ipsum Cotillion-Beautillion Committee is honored that you have agreed to participate in the 2025-2026 scholar program.  Please review the provisions listed below, which you are responsible for throughout the program.  By submitting your application, you are acknowledging acceptance of this Participant Commitment Agreement.

  • Pay the $500 participation fee in one full payment OR $300 deposit and $200 final payment by the provided due dates

  • Email your participant biography by Sunday, November 2, 2025, and your introductory video by Sunday, November 30, 2025

  • Select a sponsor by Sunday, November 2, 2025

  • Adhere to the Zoom protocols as stated in the Participant packet

  • Attend all Nosce Te Ipsum Cotillion-Beautillion events and activities.  Non-attendance will be subject to the Absentee Penalty Fee, if beyond three absences. (Dates of activities are subject to change due to scheduling conflicts) As a participant, attendance is critical. If you miss more than three (3) scheduled Nosce Te Ipsum Cotillion-Beautillion activities, you will incur an Absentee Penalty Fee of $50 (per missed activity thereafter), which will be deducted from your scholarship check. Additionally, if you miss more than one (1) scheduled promenade rehearsal you will incur a $25 Absentee Penalty Fee for each missed rehearsal following the first absence.

  • Submit a draft of your scholarship donation letter by Sunday, November 2, 2025

  • Raise a minimum of $1500.00 in donations by February 1, 2026, and email typed names of donors by February 8, 2026. Any donations received after February 1, 2026, may not be listed in the printed journal.

  • Sell or purchase a minimum of eight tickets to the Nosce Te Ipsum formal event by Sunday, March 29, 2026

  • Adhere to the attire requirements for all Nosce Te Ipsum activities and the formal event

  • Accept that the $500 participation fee will be reimbursed if you are terminated by the Nosce Te Ipsum Committee or the participant elects to withdraw.
